Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our home! Please note the following pet guidelines:
Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies for up to 2 pets per reservation.
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
Exceptions: If you plan to bring more than 2 pets, please reach out to us in advance. We’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis and may be able to accommodate with prior approval.
Quiet Hours:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we request guests to respect quite hours from 10PM - 6AM for this residential property.
Occupancy Limits:
Our cabin can accommodate 19 guests. Please see the description of bedrooms and sleeping spaces. We have other cabins in the area if you have a larger group. Please message us to inquire.
Parties/ Events:
Events or parties are not allowed without prior approval and an additional fee. Contact us for more details. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Booking a stay with 6 people but inviting additional guests to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc. is considered an event.
Refund Policy:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.
Wildlife:
It is common to see black bears in Western North Carolina Mountains. We do occasionally see bears on site. They keep to themselves but its best to exercise reasonable precaution. Recommend leaving car doors locked and peak out before stepping outside. Make sure not to leave trash or food outside unattended.
Steep Driveway:
Driveway is steep and may require 4WD during snow or icy weather. Parking has room for 4 - 6 cars depending on size and how they are parked.

The house is incredible.<br/>The problem was that Airbnb or the management company treats the property like it was a $200/night rental.<br/>Issues:<br/>1) front yard still looks like a hurricane went through the area. the property owner should have fixed the front yard up<br/>2)the driveway is dangerous... if it snows or ices you will never be able to climb it as it is incredibly steep... it should ne improved<br/>3) the entertainment room has 10 reclining chairs, 4 did not work at all... maintain your equipment!<br/>4) the equipment in the kitchen made it difficult to cook for 15 people... no casserole dishes, no can opener, peeler is cheap and did not work, a shortage of serving dishes, no carving fork, not enough paper towels, stove and stove top are cheap equipment and aging, most of the drawers up and downstairs are empty though labeled like they hold equipment<br/>Upgrade the inexpensive stuff and make the experience first class for $2,000+ per day! Their home is AMAZING and just as described!! We had a large group(multi-family) with kids ranging from 3 yrs old to 15 years old. Everyone had a BLAST and there was something for everyone to do there! We literally stayed at the house all day Sunday and there were no complaints. There was PLENTY of room for everyone!<br/>Harshad was ALWAYS quick to respond if I had a question and he was kind enough to allow us to check in early as one of our families had arrived alittle earlier than planned. <br/>I HIGHLY recommend Harshad’s home! You WILL NOT be disappointed!! Thank you again for your WONDERFUL hospitality and allowing us to stay experience it! Hope to come back in the future!!❤️❤️ nice clean house with everything you need.
