Love the fenced in yard with pool fire pit and outdoor kitchen. Our grill was not working but within 2 hours a brand new one was delivered and installed. Excellent communication with the host. The beach is only two blocks away and you can rent a golf cart through the host for a fraction of the cost. It would take to go through a rental company.
