Luxe Artisan Resort is a luxury log cabin resort situated besides soothing sounds of a perennial creek in the tranquil Blue Ridge province. Check-In & Check-Out:
We will try to accommodate early Check-In and late Check-out when possible but generally cannot commit to it until the day before. It depends on if we have other bookings before or after your stay and the cleaner schedule. Due to the size of this property, our cleaners require the full amount of allotted time to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitary guidelines. If we receive word from our cleaner that the property will be ready ahead of the scheduled Check-In time, we will communicate to the guest and let them know the property is ready for them ahead of schedule.
You will have access to the entire house except 2 owners closet.
Guests can enjoy their freedom to check-in and check-out easily with keyless entry. Although I will personally not be greeting you at the house, I will be happy to help with anything before, during and after your stay. I am easily accessible all times via the app, text and email. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions regarding the property, your stay or the local area. Hosting is my passion and I would love to help with anything for your upcoming trip.
When you book, I will be sending you the house manual which has my personal recommendations for restaurants, activities to do in the neighborhood.
The neighborhood is very private and secluded but just 5 mins to groceries and black mountain, 20 mins to downtown Asheville; very convenient. Area is completely wooded and you will barely notice other houses nearby through the trees.
Black Mountain, North Carolina, is a charming and picturesque small town nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Known for its stunning scenic beauty, this vibrant community offers a peaceful yet engaging atmosphere for both residents and visitors.
You will need a car to get around but its easy to get uber/lyft as well. We are not remote where you have to drive 30 mins on curvy steep roads, so getting instacart, doordash and other deliveries is easy
Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Quiet Hours:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we request guests to respect quite hours from 10PM - 6AM for this residential property.
Occupancy Limits:
Our cabin can accommodate 22 guests. Please see the description of bedrooms and sleeping spaces. We have other cabins in the area if you have a larger group. Please message us to inquire.
Parties/ Events:
Events or parties are not allowed without prior approval and an additional fee. Contact us for more details. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Booking a stay with 6 people but inviting additional guests to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc. is considered an event.
Hot Tub and Sauna:
- The Hot Tub, Sauna and TreeDeck hammock is available for USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts and owners are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of these amenities
- Children must be supervised all times if they use these facilities.
- The hot tub will be professionally cleaned every turn and balanced.
Refund Policy:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.
Wildlife:
It is common to see black bears in Western North Carolina Mountains. We do occasionally see bears on site. They keep to themselves but its best to exercise reasonable precaution. Recommend leaving car doors locked and peak out before stepping outside. Make sure not to leave trash or food outside unattended.

Really enjoyed our stay! We will book again in the future at this home! One of the best houses I've seen in years of renting a house. While it rained most of our stay, we had 7 kids and they were never bored or bummed. House is amazing! Samantha

My group and I had a fantastic stay at Harshad’s place in Black Mountain. The home itself was beautiful, spacious and as pictured. The plentiful arcade and table games were a huge plus. The kids (and adults) enjoyed them throughout the weekend. The stocked coffee bar was also a nice touch that we thoroughly utilized :) Everything we wanted or needed in town was about a 5 min travel time. Highly recommend Pisgah brewery! Overall, the stay was great and Harshad was easy to contact and very responsive! Would recommend to anyone traveling with large groups and with children!
