We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our home! Please note the following pet guidelines:
Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies for up to 2 pets per reservation.
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
Exceptions: If you plan to bring more than 2 pets, please reach out to us in advance. We’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis and may be able to accommodate with prior approval.
Quiet Hours:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we request guests to respect quite hours from 10PM - 6AM for this residential property.
Occupancy Limits:
Our cabin can accommodate 19 guests. Please see the description of bedrooms and sleeping spaces. We have other cabins in the area if you have a larger group. Please message us to inquire.
Parties/ Events:
Events or parties are not allowed without prior approval and an additional fee. Contact us for more details. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Booking a stay with 6 people but inviting additional guests to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc. is considered an event.
Refund Policy:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.
Wildlife:
It is common to see black bears in Western North Carolina Mountains. We do occasionally see bears on site. They keep to themselves but its best to exercise reasonable precaution. Recommend leaving car doors locked and peak out before stepping outside. Make sure not to leave trash or food outside unattended.
Steep Driveway:
Driveway is steep and may require 4WD during snow or icy weather. Parking has room for 4 - 6 cars depending on size and how they are parked.View More

Our stay at Harshad & Ishita’s home was absolutely incredible! The house is stunning, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil imaginable to bathroom necessities and even cozy bathrobes in each room. It’s clear that Harshad and Ishita put so much care into every detail, from the coffee options to the entertainment amenities. We truly didn’t even feel the need to go out because the house had it all— a private movie theater, games for both kids and adults, and even a sauna for relaxation. The view is immaculate, and despite having 12 of us in the home, it never once felt crowded thanks to the spacious layout. Harshad and Ishita were also wonderful hosts, responding quickly to any questions and keeping the stay simple and stress-free with no overwhelming house rules. My family had such an amazing time that no one wanted to leave! Would absolutely stay again and would happily book any property hosted by them We enjoyed this wonderful house for 3 night, it is close to a lot of trails and Asheville. everyone loved it, definitely will book again in the future. Great Airbnb for family trips with plenty of space, quiet neighborhood, great amenities. Very clean and the host does a wonderful job at keeping in touch and responding to any questions promptly. exellent host. very good place. will go there again (works perfect for ~4 families)
