This historic home, built in 1910 and fully renovated in 2019, retains its character while offering modern comforts. Due to its vintage structure, you may hear footsteps from the upstairs unit, similar to apartment living. If noise is a concern, consider bringing earplugs or booking the upstairs unit or the entire home for added privacy.

Guests can enjoy their freedom to check-in and check-out easily with keyless entry. Although I will personally not be greeting you at the house, I will be happy to help with anything before, during and after your stay. I am easily accessible all times via the app, text and email. Located a block from Newbo Market and all the restaurants, bars and shops the area offers, 2 minutes from downtown, convenient to the area hospitals, bus station, I-380, many employers.
Bikes/Scooters: There are 3 Electric Bike and Scooter Rideshare stations within 5 min walking distance from the house. Download the Veoshare App to rent these
Walking: Most of the restaurants, events, bars and attractions are within walking distance.
Bus: The local bus stop is right outside the house which is great way to get to hospitals and other interest areas in the city.

Great place. Prompt reply when asking questions. I stayed for 2 nights for work and had some downtime while there. the house is very cute, mere minutes to walk to great coffee shops and restaurants. Hosts were proactive, responsive, kind, and helpful. Would stay here again! A nice place in a nice location We definitely enjoyed our stay at your lovely property. Thanks for having us!!
