It is common to see black bears in Western North Carolina Mountains. We do occasionally see bears on site. They keep to themselves but it's best to exercise reasonable precaution. Recommend leaving car doors locked and peek out before stepping outside. Make sure not to leave trash or food outside unattended.

Beautiful house in a good location not far from all of south asheville. Would definitely stay again. Harshad’s place was absolutely beautiful! The house is very tastefully decorated and there was a lot to do. We had fun visiting a couple of spots in Asheville but the house provided so much we spent our nights with take-out and taking advantage of all the house offered. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to other guests. Elizabeth

Saqib was such an amazing host! He was great at making sure we had everything we needed! I absolutely loved the coffee bar, and I found it so helpful he had a high chair for my 8 month old! Not to mention the game/movie room… WOW!! We spent most of our free time in there after work! He made our trip such a breeze! Thank you for opening your home to us!! Used this for a three-day executive team planning session and it was perfect. Lots of spaces to meet during the day and lots of options for team-building at night. Host were fantastic and very helpful and accommodating every step of the way. Enjoyed it so much we may bring a larger team back in the future.
