Amenities
The home is very nice but needs some love. The pool and hot tub were nice. The toilet paper holder in one bathroom was broken. Several of the chairs in the home needed to be cleaned. There were visible stains on them so we had to cover them before we could us them. We also had a major issue with ants that we couldn’t get a handle on. We also lost internet for one day during our stay. We brought a large group and it was enjoyed by all. Our host was extremely proactive in providing suggestions and recommendations prior to our visit. He followed up throughout to make sure we were enjoying our stay.
The location was easy to find and checking in was extremely easy. There were several 'extras' that proves the host goes above and beyond for his guests...from the Asheville popcorn sampler & bottle wine to the vast coffee bar options. The attention to detail was apparent and much appreciated. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and ready for use. The check out process was minimal and easy as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at other properties associated with this host! 100% recommend!
