This private, pet-friendly beachfront 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom bungalow is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Pets (cats & dogs) are allowed (max of 2)! Here's a breakdown of our home and included amenities:

Propane tank: The propane tank is managed on an honor system, as usage levels can vary and it is not always possible to determine when it has run out. If a refill or exchange is needed during your stay, this can be conveniently done at any nearby gas station. Kindly retain the receipt and send it to us for reimbursement.

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our home! Please note the following pet guidelines:
Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies for up to 2 pets per reservation.
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
Exceptions: If you plan to bring more than 2 pets, please reach out to us in advance. We’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis and may be able to accommodate with prior approval.

Guest access
The right side of the deck (beach access) is reserved for property owners and not available for guest use . The parking lot directly in front of the beach access steps is reserved for property owners and not available for guest use. Property owners may use the beach access during your stay.
Other things to note
We want to share a quick update about the beach conditions near our property at 502 Ocean Ave in Sea Bright.
Due to recent beach erosion, access to the beach from the deck directly across the street is temporarily unavailable. At this time, we don’t have a confirmed timeline for when beach replenishment will be completed by the state and township.
That said, safe and accessible free beach access is still very close and convenient. A public and free access point is located just a short less than 4-minute walk away at the corner of Ocean Ave and Shrewsbury Way. You can safely walk along the wide sidewalk that runs directly along the seawall to this access point in under 4 minutes.
All other aspects of the property remain unchanged, guests can continue to enjoy the oceanfront deck and all amenities as usual.
