Fire Safety • No candles, campfires, or other unauthorized open flames. • Unauthorized fires are subject to a $100 fine plus the cost of damages. Neighboring Property • Please do not approach or pet the cows in the neighboring yard. • Do not touch the neighboring livestock fence—it is electric. House Care • This is not a party house. • Please treat the home and surrounding property with care. Weather + Uncontrollable Events • Refunds are not provided for weather, power outages, natural disasters, or other events outside the host's control. Host Availability • Guest assistance is available daily from 9 AM–10 PM. • Responses may be delayed outside those hours.
