If you're planning on spending a lot of time exploring Cedar Rapids, this apartment is very well situated. In addition to all the attractions in NewBo, it's also within walking distance of Czech Village and Downtown. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-decorated, and very spacious for a couple with a cat. The only word of warning that we have is that, since it is a downstairs unit, noise from upstairs can be audible at times; but this didn't interfere with our enjoyment. Brooke
