We had to cancel our reservation because of a horrific blizzard where travel was almost impossible.<br/>We gave them more than 24 hours' notice, which some Airbnb's provide. You could have easily put it back open on the site when we called and booked it with someone stuck in Cedar Rapids on this holiday weekend with someone unable to leave town because of the storm. We are very disappointed that they did not give us anything back!! We live in central Illinois and would be traveling on Interstate 80 for 3 hours in this weather. We saw that you were a rare find when we booked this weekend. Obviously, you have the business and do not care about our safety!! We are retired and are on a fixed income, where $200 is a lot to us. We go out to see my niece often and so do members of our large family. I think it is poor business to deny any refund at all, when it was out of our control. We will definitely not be back and will tell all of our friends and family not to book with you!!!!! Danyelle

Great spot. Perfect for our family of 5. Loved the walkable distance for coffee, dinner, and even the grocery store. We had a lovely stay at Harshad’s place. It is close to many attractions and to downtown Cedar Rapids.
