Harshad‘s home was the perfect place to host a girls weekend, we picked this home due to its proximity to the Paramount theater and numerous restaurants in the NewBo area. We were able to get early check-in (thank you Harshad) so we hung out for a bit at the home, then went out for dinner and finally saw The JerseyJersey Boys at the Paramount Theatre. This home was perfect for four of us. The kitchen and bath had everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable as well and the home was impeccably clean. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again! Audrey

This is actually our second time staying at Harshad’s place, we stayed at the other property downstairs a couple of years ago while visiting our daughter while she was going to school at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon. It’s close enough to her school and close to the CID airport that’s it’s a perfect location for us.
This property is very cozy and clean. The moment you walk in it makes you feel right at home. The rooms are both good sizes and the beds/linens are very comfortable and clean. We love that the pillows are very fluffy and don’t feel flat and worn out. They definitely did not skimp out on the quality of their bed linens and pillows. The bathroom is a nice size and was very clean. The kitchen is very clean as well but don’t expect a big dining room table, just a small counter height table that seats 2. Although that didn’t bother us at all. When it comes to the host, Harshad, he is very responsive, very friendly and very accommodating. We would stay here again! Harshad was communicative & helpful. The place was as advertised & a very nice space right within Newbo. The only negative for our stay was that we could not get into the unit for our first night (due to lock issues) & had to find alternative lodging for our first night on short notice. Harshad handled the situation well afterwards & provided a refund for our first night’s fee. Mette-Marie
