This our second trip down to the lake and first time staying at this location. It was the the perfect size for our group. The house was very clean and the host was proactive and responsive. Great amenities and location for a relaxing stay. Would recommend.

This place was amazing! The houses are on the side of a hill, but you’re far enough away from the others to feel very private. The house is beautiful, I wouldn’t change a thing. The deck is huge and the hot tub under the stars was great! Loved everything and the host was very communicative! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Harshad and the team were extremely responsive leading up to, and during, our stay.  Their place is exactly as advertised -- great for large groups.  There was so much to do around the property and it is close to downtown Asheville. We would definitely stay here again!

10/10, no notes Honestly just got back and already want to rebook. The views from this place were gorgeous – the kind where you wake up, look outside, and smile. Super quiet the whole time, which was exactly the point. Harshad was great – quick to respond, no hassle, just a smooth experience start to finish. You can tell he takes care of the place. If you’re on the fence, just book it. You won’t regret it.

The house was wonderful and spacious with games for entertaining. We had a minor issue with the jacuzzi but they were quick to respond and help us get the issue resolved. Views were amazing, it was a relaxing stay for a bachelorette weekend.

I was really surprised on how beautiful this place really was. It was peaceful, quiet, and secluded. Very romantic and private. We will be coming here again. Great place to take pictures. My only thing was the water pressure in the shower and when it rained some ants got in even with us taking trash out and cleaning up every night. Other than that I will be staying here again. 20 min to restaurants, Downtown Asheville, and grocery stores. 30 Min from the Biltmore. Host was very responsive upon arrival and checked in with us to make sure everything is okay.

Home was great! It was clean, well furnished, modernly styled,  and stocked with everything needed.  Location in West Sedona was very convenient... close to restaurants, grocery store, and trail heads.  Our group of 4 adults and 5 kids all were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The game room, pool, and putting green was great for the kids and adults alike. Plenty of room to all hang out together.   Hosts were very responsive to all questions before and during our stay.  Some construction adjacent to the property but it didn't disrupt us and the outdoor space still felt very private.  Would stay here again. Thank you!

A group of 19 of my friends and I stayed at this house for our spring break. The house was a great spring break house. We spent a lot of time in the game room playing pool and the other games as well. They all worked great with no problems. Harshad and the rest of the team were great hosts. Very hospitable and they decided to waive the fee for our extra guests for us. They were also very responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that the listing says sleeps 26. There are 4 king beds, six bunk beds, then the rest are futons and couches. We had to squeeze multiple people only futons and the living room couches. It was not that big of a deal and we made it work, but it would have been very tight if we had more than 19 guests. For a group with kids, the sleeping arrangements would probably be easier. Overall, our group had a great time! We would definitely book again.

Carolyn and I were looking for a place on the beach to spend a weekend with our family. The condo checked all the boxes! Walkable to the beach. Beautiful pool. Restaurants and stores nearby. We rented kayaks in Naples following your recommendation and we had a wonderful time. It was everything we asked for! Highly recommend!

Harshad and Ishita have curated a lovely mountainside home, accounting for even the smallest details. We were visiting with another family -- in total, 4 adults and 5 children -- and we had great spaces for small- and large-group activities. Each room is decorated with beautiful murals and finishes. The garage Nintendo-style playroom was an especially big hit with both adults and kids! A well-stocked kitchen (including all manner of cookware, spices, and coffee!) facilitated meals on the porch with great views of the mountain, where we also safely enjoyed a big morning thunderstorm. The neighborhood is quiet and private, with access to many local activities (hiking, arboretum, breweries, downtown Asheville) with 20-30 minutes of easy driving. Would definitely recommend coming again and again.

The landscape is beautiful, with mountain views in the background that make it feel peaceful and a bit removed, while still being a reasonable distance from downtown Asheville. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It worked well for our group of 8, with plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful and cozy place in the mountains! The home was very clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I hosted a small yoga/wellness retreat at this location & it was everything I hoped for. the sauna & hot tub were great amenities & the movie room was perfect for evening sound baths. The house was just 20-25 min away from all of our activities ( Asheville Community Yoga, Asheville Salt Cave, river clean up with Asheville GreenWorks & dinner at Chai Pani). The driveway is incredibly steep. We ended up with way more cars than expected bc a few carpooling scenarios fell through. We were able to safely back 2 cars on the hot tub floor & park 7 suvs & sedans at the top. We had really good weather & I have experience backing cars into weird spots. If we had any snow, it would have been a no go. The place is beautiful. You're in the treetops & the owners were very communicative. The only thing you may want to consider bringing for kitchen is serving platters, but so many plates, glasses, mixing bowls & appliances! One of the most prepared Airbnbs I've reserved for large groups.

When we first entered the property, we were greeted by a gorgeous interior—so clean and beautifully put together. Then we saw the view, which was absolutely breathtaking, even better than we anticipated. We were able to see deer and other wildlife, and the serenity of the surroundings was truly unmatched. My wife and I made sure to bring everything we needed before heading up, and we hardly left the property except twice—only because we wanted something a little different and weren’t sure if DoorDash would come all the way up there. This place is amazing. If you’re looking to unplug and get away from it all for a little while, this is an absolute must-stay.

This home has everything you could ask for when hosting a large group of people. All the amenities inside and outside the house made it so there was always something for everyone to do, even if you just stayed in the house the whole time. Being close by the airport was also great for pickups and drop offs, but Asheville was just a short drive away.
