I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay — the home was amazing and the amenities were incredible (everything we needed was provided down to laundry pods and every kitchen accessory you could ask for). The hosts were welcoming, organized and the communication was incredible (incredibly clear and detailed directions and check in process). This is the perfect place for families with kids (my kids loved the game room!) I would absolutely stay here again.

In addition to be very well located and close to Black Mountain, the house itself had plenty to do and we most enjoyed the amenities and relaxing. We stayed at this lovely property on a very last minute getaway. It was perfect. The hot tub was clean and warm. There were multiple options for fire in the fireplace, the gas fire pit, and the wood burning fire pit near the dock. It was a bit too warm to take advantage of it, but I’ll be back with friends when it’s cooler to do so! The beds were very comfortable. We loved the arcade games, the pool table/tennis table, and all the board game options. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing weekend at this home! It was spacious, spotless, and had every amenity we could need — perfect for our group of six. The views and the porch were the highlights. The only thing to know is that it's about 30 minutes from downtown Asheville, so you'll definitely want a car. Harshad was a great host and we would absolutely stay again!

This place was perfect! With the kind of work I’m in, my attention to detail has to be 110%. This place is VERY clean.  You don’t need to bring much. Fully equipped kitchen, has coffee with different beans to choose from. Restrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Washer and dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets. Just bring your personal items and enjoy the stay. My party was a group of 15, and we were accommodated perfectly.  20 minutes from the mall and restaurants and sits in a quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed our stay here and look forward to going back.

Our family had the most amazing stay at William's place! It was set up perfectly for my family - the teens appreciated having their own space downstairs (though they didn't get to have all the fun - we all enjoyed the game room!) while the adults and younger kids had plenty of space to spread out upstairs. The house was truly fully stocked with everything we could have needed, including a playpen and high chair for our little one. The stairs to the basement are inaccessible with the door between the living room and laundry room closed, which gave me an extra peace of mind traveling with a curious crawling toddler. The fire pit, hot tub, sauna and gas grill were all wonderful amenities, and the location was perfect - just far enough out of the hustle and bustle to be relaxing, but still only a short drive to anything we wanted to do. The fun paint and decor were a refreshing change from a typical rental as well! I would absolutely recommend to anyone, and would love to stay again!

After a huge 4 overtime Alumni Homecoming win at Mars Hill University, going 5-0 for the first time since 1980, I decided on a SUPER impromptu, last-minute Airbnb stay to celebrate and gift our friends an experience to remember. The hosts were beyond accommodating, extremely responsive, and proactive from the moment we booked. After 14 years in real estate, I’ve developed an eye for properties, interior design, layout, and the details that make a space truly special. And let me tell you… they nailed it. Everything was thoughtfully designed, beautifully executed, and dialed in from start to finish. I was at home. The last-minute check-in was seamless, the communication was exceptional, and the memories we made were priceless. I knew of the Ground maintenance dad, and just solidified it was the perfect choice! After just a couple of random photos posted on social, I already have multiple messages wanting to know about this place😉

Our long weekend stay for an intimate celebration was everything we could have dreamed of and more staying here!  It is a truly special hidden gem!  The space was very clean and presentable from the moment we arrived,  with ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy social time together, inside and outside.  Even with the expansive size, the house has a warm, welcoming, home-y feeling, and lots of charm.  We enjoyed the amenities, and absolutely loved spending time together in kitchen, cooking and enjoying breakfast on the deck each morning taking in the water views.  For five days, we didn't need to leave for anything, and wished we would have stayed longer.  Definitely a great place to spend real quality time with those you love!  Interaction with the owners from our initial booking and questions felt attentive; and engaging with Victoria, the property manager, from our first time seeing the space to checking out was seamless, helpful, and such a delight. Our group of 10 stayed for 4 nights and very much enjoyed the house and its surroundings. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our mini college reunion. It was a great base for exploring the area and we enjoyed the nearby hiking, white water rafting, downtown Asheville, etc. We were able to all gather for evening meals in the large dining room and for lunches on the large outdoor deck. The poker table, pool table, movie room and hot tub were added bonuses. As mentioned in other reviews, the driveway is very steep and parking/turning around multiple cars can be a little tricky but definitely doable.

My husband and I booked this for my 30th birthday getaway. It was beautiful and unique. We did have 4 other cabins near us so it wasn’t as private but it was still perfect. There isn’t an oven but no big deal everything else was provided as listed. There were many small dead bugs in the hot tub which was fine. We tried to scoop out as much as we could to clean it and use it comfortably. Harshad was a great host and always replied right on time and made us feel right at home!

As an Asheville native I never anticipated renting an airbnb to return back “home”. However, it was the perfect staycation for our family. We absolutely loved being at this home.  I would give it 6 stars for how clean and well stocked it was for our visit.  We didn’t need to have brought anything! Bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room full of almost everything you need on a day to day basis.  I would recommend this house to any large family.  We loved that everyone had their own bathroom basically!
