We loved our stay at atha’s place and would 10/10 stay again. It was perfect for our family trip to Sedona - great for the kids and the adults. The house has soooo many amenities. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get to use all the outdoor things (pool, mini golf, lawn bowling, sauna, spa) but the inside was fabulous! The kitchen had everything, the game room was such a fun hangout and the rooms were perfect. Cute design and an incredible view! We would stay here again. The host was communicate and helpful with all of our questions and the home close to town. Kathleen

This house was perfect for our weekend girls trip in Sedona. The pool and hot tub were pristine and heated for us upon arrival.<br/>The only wish I had for my 5 out of 5 stars review is that the outdoor lighting didn't seem to be working correctly so we got to use our flashlights to grill the first night but otherwise zero complaints. I will look up this place the next time I am in Sedona. This airbnb is by far the best we have ever stayed at! The house is gorgeous, very well laid out, clean, and has every amenity you can imagine. And to top it off ... the view!!! Absolutely beautiful! We were able to walk to the Teacup and Sugarloaf trails, along with Soldier Pass directly from the house. The location is very private (even saw a bobcat walking by the house one morning), yet still very easy to get to shopping and restaurants within minutes. Of course we had to try all the extras (outside) the pool, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, mini golf, cornhole, bowling, connect four, and grilling and (inside) gameroom/games. They have thought of everything with this house. And Harshad & Ishita responded to any questions we had within minutes. Once you book with them, they automatically send you a list of suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping, activities. Our group of seven enjoyed our stay tremendously and will hopefully stay with them in the future. Gorgeous views & home!! Only issues were dirty hot tub, dirty cold plunge and dirty pool, pool heater not working. Pool guy came while we were there and spent a few hours working but unfortunately still very sandy and couldn't get pool heater working. Indoor fireplace wasn't working. Cool game room but it is in the garage and not fully enclosed, so dusty and scorpion was in home (so make sure you wear indoor shoes and don't leave luggage on floor). Overall would stay again.
